Our story began in Egypt in 1980, when the first generation of our family established the foundation of what would become a long-standing journey in the construction and contracting industry.
Over the decades, the company has continued to grow, evolve, and pass its experience from one generation to the next. Today, as the third generation, we carry forward the values, knowledge, and experience built throughout this journey — while continuing to develop our capabilities to meet the demands of a constantly evolving industry.
In 2007, we took a new step by expanding our operations into the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. For the past 19 years, we have remained active in the Saudi construction sector, building our presence through continuous work and involvement in a wide range of projects.
Today, our operations are supported by a dedicated workforce, experienced teams, and a comprehensive range of equipment and resources, enabling us to undertake and execute construction projects with the required efficiency, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Hatem Ahmed Moustafa Construction Company is a Saudi general contractor delivering residential, commercial and community buildings from the ground up.
We take projects from site preparation and foundations through the reinforced concrete structure, façades and interior finishing, handing over buildings that are ready to live and work in. Our own site teams handle formwork, steel fixing and concrete placement, which keeps quality and pace under our direct control.
Every project is led by experienced engineers and supervisors who work closely with owners and consultants, keep the site safe and organised, and hold the schedule from the first excavation to the final inspection.

Substructure
Excavation, compaction, blinding, foundations, waterproofing and backfill.
Superstructure
Columns, walls and slabs cast floor by floor with inspections before every pour.
Envelope & Services
Blockwork, plaster, façade treatment and coordination with MEP trades.
Finishing & Handover
Ceilings, flooring, paint and joinery, then snagging and handover to the owner.
Design visualisation helps owners see finishes and façades before work begins, reducing changes during construction.
